Please add the full name of a composer, the precise title of the composition (opus and a number), the duration of every composition and separate pieces that are played in the 1.stage from those that are played in the 2.stage (only for 5. and 6. categories). In case of a transcription, it is obligatory to add the name of the author. The organizer of the competition is not liable for the inaccuracy of the data in the application form sent by the contestants, which will be contained in the competition booklet. Mandatory for all disciplines except the Solfeggio discipline.
